Medium deep golden yellow color. The flower is mature, moderately accentuated, varietal exquisitely defined. Smoke, quartz, firn, fine oak, elder, passion fruit. Despite being five years old, it is in top form, which is great news for coastal sauvignons. Dry, stronger, the texture is oily, fatty, and the character in the mouth continues the pleasure from the flower. Not many coastal sauvignons have ripening potential. This one has it. All praises.
Pairing with food: It is served at 12 °C, goes well with poultry, grilled fish, steak.
