Intense and fine aromas evoke a vineyard peach, grapefruit, lemon, jasmine and elderflower, a slight tone of fresh grass and green pepper, all rounded off with flint.
Dry, soft, fairly warm, fresh and delicious mineral. Intense taste of medium body, quite long-tasting. Harmonious and persistent wine that goes well with fish dishes, vegetables, asparagus and selected cheeses.
