With a shy golden-yellow colour, Sauvignon gives away its fine, fresh and fruity aromas. It is known to bring honey and spring meadows to mind. Maceration and barrels give it a matured taste.
Parring with food: we recommend it with wild asparagus, scampi, lobster and truffles.
