It is a sweet wine, amber-gold in color. It has a characteristically rich taste, smell and aroma, as if the grapes caught the sun and wind of ten years in their juice, not just that excellent harvest from 2015. The wine is intoxicatingly good and capable of aging peacefully for many years. The smell is concentrated, rich of overripe grapes with noble rot. Only the balance between sugars and acidity give this wine an extraordinary breadth of full flavor. Due to the low strain on the vines, this wine has an exceptional varietal character. Over the years, the nobility of this wine increases.
