Sentio Erzetič

The color is medium deep golden yellow, the bubbles are tiny, numerous and vibrant. The bouquet is quite accentuated, open and offers the right amount of mature and youthful notes. Yeast, bread crust, biscuits, juicy yellow fruits and a little spice are very inviting and beautifully combined into a whole. Very dry wine in the mouth, we find even more bread and yeast notes, maybe a little bitter, the acids are medium, with a nice buttery texture and a longer aftertaste. Luxurious and very nicely made, we recommend.
