Medium deep lemon yellow color. The flower has matured nicely, colorful, diverse. In the first place, it offers white flowers, acacia, honey, in the background it is nicely complemented by perceptions of lemon and grapefruit. Some noble wood notes are also found.
The wine is dry, medium-bodied, despite its full ripeness, it shows the essential characteristic of syphon – balanced, high acidity, which will allow it to live for a very long time. The texture is a bit oily, but otherwise the wine gives a feeling of vitality and youth despite its age. In the mouth, the character is calm, harmonious, but full of flavor. After the years 2007, 2011 and 2012, this is the fourth chipon from the Ilovci series.
Pairing with food: fresh or lightly toasted seafood such as scallops, salads with soft cheeses such as camembert, grilled fish.
