Natural Spring Uou- Limited edition – Special rare wine

In Grjanc, the northern part of the village of Gornje Cerovo, Grjanc 9 varieties and Rebula 2018 rest for 6 months in a spring under a vineyard. There is a lot of sediment in the water, especially brick or marl, which eventually clings to the bottle to create this unique texture. About 60 bottles are available annually.

This dry red wine named after the 9 sorts in the Na Grjancu vineyard situated in Cerovo has a dark ruby colour and a pleasant wild berry bouquet. It is a warm, masculine and rich red wine, it is soft and velvety in the mouth. It also has a long lasting taste which makes the drinking of this wine an even more rewarding experience. This wine can be served with meat dishes, local dry and smoked meats and game.

UOU natural orange and red wines are produced from grapes of abandoned vineyards. A consortium of abandoned vineyards cleaned, planted and strengthened them to bring new youth to life in their old age.
