Swarga is an orange wine produced in the traditional way, hand picked and macerated for 14 days. After spontaneous fermentation, it is aged in a wooden barrel until bottling.
Swarga in the Sanskrit language means shining, glowing sky and is the word from which the name for the Slavic god Svarog, god of the sun, fire, is derived.
The golden yellow color of the wine reminds us of the sparkling sky, the sunrise or sunset, the light that we absolutely need in life. Deeper golden yellow color, slightly cloudy. The flower is more intense. Balsamic notes dominate, we also find notes of maturation in the wood, and with time also a floral note. Dry in the mouth, astringent, the taste in the mouth is expressed, somewhat single-minded, balsamic. Medium body, moderate acidity. Medium long finish.
Pairing with food: grill, grilled fish, pasta.
