TONI can be classified as one of the rare types of wines from our region with a distinct aroma. Elder flower, hay, pepper and asparagus give the wine character. As a full, harmonious, slightly tart wine, it has a special charm and charm.

Pale golden yellow color, playful, youthful, fresh wine made from green sauvignon grapes. It smells like yellow fruits, dried oranges, honey, aromatic. Serve chilled to 9-10°C.

Green Sauvignon
Synonyms: Friulian tokaj, Tocai friulano, Sauvignonasse, Sauvignon vert, Jakot. It is a traditional white, coastal variety, which until this year was only known as Friulian tokaj. It is widespread in the Goriška Brda area and in the Vipava Valley. In accordance with the regulations of the European Union, we are no longer allowed to use the name of the variety here, as this name is reserved exclusively for wine produced in Hungary. In Slovenia, we have chosen a new name for the old variety, namely green sauvignon. The variety has a lush growth and ripens before the ribolla gialla.

Pairing with food: It is served at 9-10 °C, goes well with fish, poultry, salads, Asian cuisine and light snacks..
