Traminec Keltis

The wine is intense yellow in color and slightly cloudy. We can smell the typical floral aroma of Traminer, which is not too intense, as well as ripe citrus and some tropical fruits, especially pineapple. The texture is pleasantly buttery, the acids are nicely expressed and juicy.

The wine is still young and fruity accordingly: a ripe pear, white peach, passion fruit can be detected. The tannins are perceptible but soft. A pleasant salty mineral component is heard. The aftertaste is juicy and long. This Traminer is proof that it is possible to produce a drinkable natural wine from the aromatic variety, which has a nice balance between complexity and freshness and, on top of everything, is extremely precise.

It will fit many Asian dishes, either vegetable or meat, salads, pork, vegetable pasta and risottos, fish broth.
