Matej Švare’s Vitovska comes from vineyards in Komen. Squeezing is followed by 12 days of maceration in tubs. The wine ferments in 54-liter bottles (damigiana – big glass vessel) until it is bottled after approximately a year. The wine is not filtered.
“The wine has a seductive straw color with a golden tone. The scent is typical for the Vitovska variety. A gentle peach aroma and a powerful herbal aroma remind us of a meadow full of flowers after the first rain. Full, mineral taste of extraordinary freshness with a perfect aftertaste.”
