Sauvignon Piro

Gentle lemon color. The bouquet is just fine, crafted, rarely seen at these ends. Lemon, elderberry, hay. Dry in the mouth, despite the strong body, it is drinkable, the character in the mouth is nicely expressed, we also find pineapple. Full flavor, very good sauvignon!

Selected grapes, low load per vine, optimal ripeness of grapes, manual harvesting, vinification in stainless steel tanks, cold maceration up to 12 hours, fermentation at low temperatures, existence on yeast for 8 months. Charging in August, for sale in November.

Elegant one-year-old wines, which are characterized by variety, fruitiness and freshness, but also fullness.
