Product description
Wine characteristics: Deeper, golden yellow, cloudy. The flower is expressed. Ripe peach, dry apricot, slightly tarry, with balsamic notes in the background. A rich, inviting floral. Dry in the mouth, full of flavor, with a clear tannic hold. Intense and persistent.
Aging potential: 5 years
Location of the vineyards: terraces, southern position, flat with mild southern exposure
Soil composition: marl, sandstone, flysch
Harvesting: thinning of bunches in the stage of softening of berries, harvesting by hand
Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with maceration for 7 days
