Product description

Single vineyard Zavrh, Barbana
White wine from the Rebula variety, produced from the Zavrh vineyard in Barbana, from vines older than 50 years. Hand-picked grapes, pressed without stalking. Spontaneous fermentation. The wine matured for 10 months in used French barrels and was filled with filtration.
Dry, medium-bodied wine with a ripe fruit character, with light fruity notes of white flowers, citrus, in the mouth it is very mineral and moderately structured.
Serving temperature: 12–14 °C
