Belokranjska penina Šturm

Bela krajina sparkling wine is a variety of four varieties – Welschriesling and Chardonnay give it character, Pinot Blanc adds elegance, and the Kraljevina adds freshness. After the completion of the secondary fermentation in the bottles, the sparkling wine matures for 24 months on lees. It is golden yellow in color with tiny and vibrant bubbles. We find both youthful and mature perceptions that complement each other beautifully. The bouquet is reminiscent of lime, citrus, juicy yellow apples, which are intertwined with perceptions of honey and bread crust. The taste is rich, fruity and rounded and fills the mouth nicely. It is a dry sparkling wine with beautiful mature acids and a medium body. Elegant aperitif sparkling wine with a long and harmonious finish, which will definitely go well with dishes
