Deep, ruby red, dense texture. Intense and fine aromas where we perceive ripe black currant, blackberry, cherry, black pepper, fern, violet, eucalyptus, chocolate, moncheri, vanilla, locust bean, cinnamon, roasted almonds, leather, pencil tip.
Dry, soft, warm, fresh and tasty, tannic (not yet rounded). Intense, elegant wine, strong body and long shelf life. Harmonious, suitable, with a long potential for aging.
Pairing with food: red meat, venison, desserts with chocolate.
