Colour: pale pink with copper shades

Aroma: the aroma of red forest fruits, intertwined with the aroma of strawberries and cherries

Taste: the plesant aroma is followed by a fruity, mineral taste of strawberry and cherry, a lot of citrus in the background, pleasant bubbles emphasize the long, satin aftertaste

Sparkling: many small sparkling bubbles

Pairing with food: an excellent aperitif, an exceptional accompaniment to raw and smoked fish, carpaccio, grilled fish
