A little bit opposite from French cuvees. They make 70% of merlot and 30% cabernet sauvignon. Colja made 70% cabernet sauvignon and 30% merlot – he did not make a mistake.
Fantasia red wine is of scarlet colour and is matured in barriques.
Two red varieties, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon complement each other.
The former gives the wine the velvety scent while the latter contributes a pleasant after-taste due to its magnificent body.
A full and mature taste gives dignity to the wine.
