Fresh white wines
All fresh wines are produced using the same process. At optimal ripeness, the grapes are hand-picked. Cool the grapes in chambers at 4°C for at least 1 day. Afterwards, the grapes are ground in a pestle and pressed in a press. It is important to press the grapes chilled, as this prevents various oxidations, which is important in preserving the natural aromas and color of the wine.

A Mediterranean variety that thrives beautifully in the Vipava valley. The wine is dry, golden yellow in color. Our Malvasia vineyards are located right next to Lake Vogršček, where they have additional light from the water, because the vines are suited to a beautiful, sunny location.

After harvesting fully ripe grapes, they are brought to the cold room as soon as possible to prevent even the slightest oxidation. After fermentation, the wine matures for another year in steel tanks. The result is a pure, highly aromatic Malvasia with a long aftertaste.

The color of the wine is a gentle golden yellow with a hint of green. The flower is pleasant, we detect notes of apricots and white flowers. The wine is dry in the mouth, more acid gives it a nice lift, a hint of carbon dioxide in the mouth adds freshness.

Pairing with food: It is served at 10 °C, goes well with white meat, pork, spicy fish dishes, salads, pasta.
