Brilliant, straw yellow wine with greenish reflections, fairly thick fluidity. A fine and clean scent of plant character that leaves a warmth in the mouth that confirms the luxurious character and lingers in the mouth for a long time.
Location: Pula (280m above sea level), flysch-sand soil on a marl-schist base
Wine-growing area: Slovenian Istria
Average vine age: 15 years
Harvesting: by hand, beginning of September
Filtration: yes – before bottling
Recommended serving temperature: 10-12°C
Production process: Short cold maceration, left on lees for 3 months, matured in stainless steel tanks, bottled after 6 months.
