The color is medium deep purple. The bouquet is slightly restrained, beautifully variegated, offers dark red fruits, floral notes, a little fragrant after roast and vanilla. The clever use of wooden barrels is perceptible. In the mouth it is beautifully ripe, lively, full of flavor, with a nice texture and ripe tannins. Elegant. Ambitiously outlined Franconian and also executed in style. Fermentation on pomace for 2-3 weeks, biological deacidification, then matured in used barrel barrels (225L) for a year and a half.
