The wine has a strong ruby color and an exceptional varietal aroma. Aromas of berries, black pepper, wood and chocolate predominate. In the mouth it is ripe, dry, bold, with an abundance of tannins that still soften.
Contains sulfite. René Gabriel: “Deep garnet-purple, noticeably shiny at the edge. In the first moment, the bouquet is reminiscent of the great barolo Bruno Giacose. A dry, earthy beginning, with a deeply hinted note of terroir. Iron, tobacco, truffles, leather, raisins, dried herbs (thyme, rosemary). Due to its pronounced minerality, it looks almost salty in the introduction. The taste reveals all the original power of raw blue frankincense. It works robustly, mightily, giant. The bitterness is intense and prolonging. The tendons and muscles dominate almost the entire rich body. The potential is immeasurable. Pleasure works decades away. So wait at least ten years and then decant for several hours. Apparently uncompetitive “terminator blue frankincense: 19/20 2030 – 2050.”
