The color is classic Pinot Noir, not too deep ruby ​​with a hint of brick. The bouquet is variegated, fine and fruity. In the foreground are pronounced berries, especially raspberries, which turn into gentle notes of vanilla and a hint of leather. It is a dry, full-bodied wine, to which we attribute a sophisticated character and softness. The taste is varied, with pleasant sensations of ripe strawberries and a gentle touch of wood. An exceptional wine of silky and mature tannins with accentuated elegance. Pinot Noir, which despite its delicacy presents itself as a rich, harmonious wine with a long, warm decline. A classic, more mature style of Pinot Noir that goes very well with meat main dishes. The wine is in very good shape, but to feel it in its full splendor, we recommend decanting before drinking.
