Product description

Moja (Moja in English means mine) is an orange natural wine from 100% Rebula harvested at the beginning of October which is very late for it but we want very mature skin because here is very important to achieve that great colors in the wine. After harvested it goes in the concrete tank and it began the maceration with a spontaneous fermentation of 25 days with every single day twice a day to mixed up manual the grapes in the tank so that remain always in the contact with skins and juice. After 25 days we decant just the juice in that time is already wine into another concrete tank where it begins the maturation. The rest of the grapes we throw away we don’t press it because we don’t want any bad tannins ruined our wine. Moja is a very particular wine which is made by my method and taste and I am very proud of it. Here we have dark golden pour with an aromatic nose of tangerine, cooked apple, and nutty notes. A compact palate portrayed by notes of beeswax, honey, pineapple, mango, and lactic hints. Smooth finish with toffee apple and spice.
