Boris’s tip: Great taste. Big and soft bubbles. Nice with salmon and roastbeef.
Rasberry-red colour, wine is hazy. The smell is very fruity, youthful, reminds us of fresh apple juice. Completely dry taste, bubbels are big. Lighter wine with medium long aftertaste.
PET-NAT
Pét-Nat is produced in the ‘methode ancestrale’, otherwise known as “rurale,” “artisanale,” or “gaillacoise.” Long story short, the wine is bottled prior to fully completing its first fermentation, allowing carbon dioxide to be produced by the natural sugars found in the grapes.
