Pinot noir Pasji rep

The grapes of Pinot noir were hand-picked at full ripeness. Our vinyards are situated on the slopes of famous Pasji rep (Dog’s tail) wine region and are cultivated using sustainable methods from the very beginning.. The wine matures in French wood of the best barrels from Burgundy. Spontaneous fermentation “pied de cuve”. Certified organic, unfiltered.

There are perceptible variations of the aromas of ripe cherries or even cherries in liqueur, which turn into a slight note of orange peel. The taste is also recognizable ripe fruit, especially cherries. Finally a gentle peppermint. Perceptibility of gentle, ripe tannins. Extremely balanced and pleasantly soft, with a full body and long sunset with a pleasant aftertaste of cherry pie.
