Prulke is a golden-yellow wine with a fruit bouquet of spices, white flowers, mandarins and lavender. It has a refreshing taste with a long finish.
Prulke is a variety of Sauvignon 60%, Vitovska 20% and Malvasia 20%.The wine is a reflection of their area, named after the glacial name Prulke pod Praprotom, where they are expanding their activity with new plantations. Grape harvesting is manual, alcoholic fermentation and maceration take place in wooden open containers without temperature control. Then the wine matures for two years in larger upright barrels made of Slavonian oak. Bottling takes place without cleaning and filtration, so the color of the wine is slightly cloudy. The wine will go well with white meat, fresh fish and vegetable dishes.
