REBULA is one of the oldest vine varieties in Goriške Brdy. Due to its genetic characteristics, it is one of the most promising grape varieties in the area. With reasonable yields, this variety produces an excellent wine whose bouquet is characterized by ripe figs, apples and pears. Rebula has a harmonious fruity character and is easy to drink.
Pairing with food: it is served chilled to 9-10°C with sea or freshwater fish and not too spicy cheeses, prawns, lobster, shellfish, lean fish, poultry, mushrooms.
