Rich golden colour. Fresh bold rich ripe quince apricot, nutty aromas too. Quite salty savoury brisk texture, not soft and round, lovely earthy wild herb note.
The distemmed grapes were macerated in Slavonian oak fermentators with indigenous easts 2 months long.
