Thirty years ago, the red wine Cabernet sauvignon was abandoned and the sweetest grapes of this variety were dedicated to Rose Batič. From then until today, the latter tradition has become the rule. After the selected harvest, the rose is pressed according to the old method, fermented with its own yeasts in stainless steel containers.
The color is gentle salmon, the mist in the glass says it contains a hint of carbon dioxide, and predicts freshness. In the mouth, the wine is sweeter but harmonious, with beautiful ripe acids. For lovers of sweeter roses, everything is in place here.

Food paring: It is an excellent introductory accompaniment, we also offer it with lighter raw dishes (tuna carpaccio, octopus in salad), but on the other hand, the rich structure and freshness offer us an excellent accompaniment to pasta, white meat, risottos.
