Gentle ruby colors, typical of this house. The bouquet is quite restrained, after the reddish fruits, raspberries. Dry mouth, firmer. moderate acids, and the aromatic charge in the mouth says much more than the bouquet had promised. We also find spicy notes, dry spices. With a nice long aftertaste. It’s not a rosé that plays on the first ball, but it’s culinary very compatible.
Matching with food: grilled fish, pasta, shellfish.
