Medium deep golden yellow color. The bouquet is youthful, quite aromatic for rebula. A little after cloves, nutmeg, yellow apples. Sympathetic spiciness. Dry mouth, higher acids, medium body, slight bitterness, nice fruit charge. Very nice ribbola.
Parring with food: poultry, fish, shellfish.
