Appearance-color: Yellowish color with straw shades and gently greenish reflections.
Smell: The aroma of the wine is varietal, floral, fruity and mineral. It reminds of an elder flower, a flower hyacinths, a gentle note of acacia flower. It continues with the aroma of pineapple and lime, passion fruit and vineyard peaches. Conclusion the aroma is mineral and herbal Mediterranean herbs, especially rosemary and throws.
Taste and general impression: The taste is buttery and juicy, still fresh with a medium length aftertaste. The aroma in the taste is fruity, with pronounced lime aroma of vineyard peach, with floral notes with notes of elderberry and with notes of biscuit. Conclusion the taste is long, smooth, juicy, pleasantly buttery, and minerally dry at the end.
Vinification process: After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed and clarified using the flotation process. Controlled fermentation with yeast continues in a stainless steel tank. This is followed by maturation on the lees.
Serving temperature: 9–12 °C.
