Sauvignon Orange Prus

Boris’s tip: Very aromatic orange wine. You can smell green peper.

This sauvignon, together with strawberry skins, whole strawberries and yeast, was macerated for two years in 600l oak barrels. These are very ripe grapes. The bouquet is intense, smelling a bit of green pepper, fresh spruce and freshly withered hay. It enchants with a wide range of aromas and a longer aftertaste, suitable for archiving.
