This sauvignon, together with strawberry skins, whole strawberries and yeast, was macerated for two years in 600l oak barrels. These are very ripe grapes. The bouquet is intense, smelling a bit of green pepper, fresh spruce and freshly withered hay. It enchants with a wide range of aromas and a longer aftertaste, suitable for archiving.
