The wine is medium deep orange in color. The bouquet is calm, there are not many fruit notes. Butter, dried flowers. Tidy, pleasant. Dry in the mouth, moderate acids, not a few for Pinot Gris. Stronger. Kind of oily texture and liveliness at the same time. We find a lot of primary notes. Very nice culinary wine.
Pairing with food: poultry, grilled fish, pasta.
