PRESTIGE PINOT GRIGIO The prestigious pink appearance was achieved by long-term maceration, and the extremely special taste by refining in wooden barrels. Aromas of citrus fruits and plums are present, accentuated by a bold varietal taste. Dry wine, macerated for 24 hours and barricaded for half a year. Ideal for pairing with food, it is slightly less fruity than orange rebula, but also slightly stronger than orange rebula. Alcohol content 13.50%.
Pairing with food: It is served chilled at 10-12°C with fatty grilled fish, pasta with tomatoes and basil, and meat dishes in a rich sauce.
