Boris’s tip: Great full body white cuvee with great aromas. Try with smoked salmon or smoked tuna.
The colour is medium deep golden. Not too intense on the nose but still quite lively, youthful. A bit closed at first, needs a bit of time. Decanting young Triton-Lex wines seems to be very beneficial. Beside notes of various fruits there is cinnamon, orange peel, wet stones, flint … Opulent! Dry on the palate, due to its richness and fullness it gives an impression of a pleasant sweetness. Full bodied, with oily texture giving a sensation of viscosity and density. Medium to high level of acidity.
