Boris’s tip: Old school cabernet sauvignon with great aromas and influence of oak. Even better if you eat meat. If not pasta with truffles.

Rich, mature, structured

Colour: Intense ruby red with purple shades

Aroma: fruity, intense aromas of red fruits (blueberries, currant and plums)

Taste: gentle fruity notes of red berries are complemented by spicy pepper notes and liquorice, tannins are soft and rich, long-lasting aftertaste

Pairing with food: an excellent accompaniment to all meat dishes, steaks, grilled fiorentina, xceptional with all burgers and mature cheeses

Serving temperature: 16- 18 °C
