Product description

Subtle closed tight earthy savoury notes. Tight fresh focused red berry notes, nice warm generous concentration, lovely savoury texture. Delicious.

The distemmed grapes were macerated in Slavonian oak fermentators with indigenous easts 15 days long.

Pairing with food: Shellfish, Vegetarian, Mushrooms, Aperitif.
