The wine has a deep, opaque ruby color. The bouquet is nicely ripe, variegated, quite accentuated. It is dominated by very ripe red and black fruits, it smells of boiled plums, with a nice spicy layer and fine perceptions of ripening in the wood. In the mouth the wine is dry, strong, the tannin content is high, the acids moderate. It has an intense taste, fiery character, quite warm, a bit robust, uncompromising. Nicely ripe, with ripening potential.
