Characteristics of the wine: The wine is ruby red in color and thick. The aroma is intense, very fine and rich. We detect the smell of ripe red fruit and berries (cherry, blackberry, blueberry, prunes, jam). The taste of the wine is dry, warm and soft, fairly fresh, tannic and tasty, balanced, intense, elegant and persistent, harmonious, bold and matured.
Aging potential: The wine is mature and suitable for consumption, but will gain in harmony and drinkability over the years, probably reaching its peak at the age of 10 years.

Harvesting: thinning of bunches in the initial stage of strawberry coloring, harvesting by hand
Vinification: fermentation with maceration for 21 days, gentle pressing and flow into oak barrels – barriquee
