Maceration on grape skins proceeds in the first 18 days and is followed by controlled fermentation at 18°C in classic wooden barrels, where it matures for 18 months. Pinot noir is produced only from the best vintages. The rest are used to make our sparkling rosé Floridia.
Pinot noir is a fair reflection of its wine maker. Style, accuracy and its audacity are all on display with this still classic.
Pinot noir has a characteristic ruby colour. Aromas are refined and unmistakable. Gentle notes of cherries, dry plumbs and leather always come to mind.
Parring with food: we recommended it with red meat, veal and game.
