Pinot Gris is full of flavour, which at the same time is elegant, durable, and rich in extract and usually rounded.
Vinification: After harvesting, the grapes are removed from the stalk. A two-hour maceration procedure follows, then the strawberries are squeezed. The grape juice is cleaned with nitrogen and stored in stainless steel soda. After fermentation, the wine rests for eight months until bottling.
