Pinot Gris Kobal Sv. Jurij 2017 is a bright amber wine, backed by attractive peach aromas and spicy aromas, with freshness and a textural palette, and it tolerates alcohol well on the tongue. The bouquet is accentuated, ripe, we find a beautiful intertwining of notes of maturation in wood and varietal, fruity notes of ripe Pinot Gris. Quite spicy and aromatic, in the direction of Alsatian with an aromatic profile. In the mouth it is dry, strong, full of taste, we also find a hint of smoke sensations. A stout, masculine Pinot Gris that still looks very youthful and will last perhaps a decade.
