Is a red Cuvee from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot 30-70% very mature grapes. Here we do the same method of Delestage for 14 days just in the time of fermentation then we live it in the concrete tanks for maceration 3 months after that we press it and decant into in American barrels for 1 year and than again decant for maturation in concrete tanks. Here you can taste notes like chocolate, coffee, tobacco. Very intense after taste with gentle tannins.
