Very ripe, selected white grapes from Pinot bring the warmth of the summer sun into the wine. Hay yellow, shiny, with the aroma of citrus, white fruit, apricot jam, dried white flowers and a light scent of acacia honey. The balance between structure and acid is optimal. Warm and soft, full of body with a long finish.
