Product description

The grapes of Merlot come from Breg vinyard in historic Pasji rep (Dog’s tail) wine region. Vinyard exposure and unique soil composition (flysch sandstone and clay) give us ripe and concentrated grapes with very low yields(25hl/ha). Spontaneous fermentation “pied de cuve”. Certified organic, unfiltered.
