Pinot Noir is the flagship of our wine cellar. It is an elegant wine with a beautiful structure that has matured for two years in barrique barrels. The color that indicates years of ripening is deep red. It is dry in the mouth, even a little sweet with a brave amount of silky tannins and the right amount of acids.
Sugar is around 100 degrees Oe. Maceration runs in open tubs for 10 days, then the wine goes for two years in barrique barrels. It is then combined in a tank for one year and then bottled.
