Characteristics of the wine: Deeper golden yellow color with a greenish tint. It’s not completely bright. The flower is young, abundantly fragrant, very colorful. Lime, dry herbs, a bit of must. Dry in the mouth, medium-bodied, fresh, tannic, tasty, with a longer finish
Aging potential: The wine is ripe and suitable for consumption, it will probably reach its peak at the age of 3 years.

Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with maceration for 7 days
