Winemaking process: Manual harvesting of grapes. Six hours of grape mash maceration, mild pressing and must decanting and fermentation . Nine-month maturation with yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottling with the minimum addition of SO2 and refining in the bottles for at least 3 months.
Wine description: The colour is straw yellow with green shades. The smell is very intense and fine. We can recognize the aroma of Mediterranean spices, laures, rosemary and thyme in combination with fruity and floral notes.
